OFFICIAL END OF SNOW EVENT!

The City of Plattsburgh's Official End of Snow Event is 8:00 AM on Monday, February 23, 2026.  Per City Code Section 295-40, to avoid fines and penalties, except where exempted in City Code Section 295-41, sidewalks adjoining private property must be cleared no later than 24hrs of the end of the snow event
