To mark the completion of the Betty Little Arts Park, the City of Plattsburgh is holding an official grand opening on Saturday September 11th from 9AM to 1PM. The event will celebrate the new community gathering space named after former US State Senator, Betty Little, an avid supporter of the arts in our region.

10AM - Official Ceremony and Ribbon Cutting with Mayor Rosenquest and Senator Little.
On August 19, 2021 at 5:00PM in the Common Council Chambers of the City of Plattsburgh a hearing will be held to receive public comments on a proposed local law P-5 of 2021. A local law amending Chapter 230, Sections 1, 2 and 3 of the City Code of the City of Plattsburgh amending recreational fires in the City of Plattsburgh.
The City of Plattsburgh will be hosting a third Bike Infrastructure Listening and Feedback session, virtually, on Tuesday August 10th at 6PM.
There will be a Special Meeting of the Common Council on Thursday, July 29,
2021 at 4:30pm.
The Mayor and Community Development Office is hosting a second round of community feedback for the proposed Bike Infrastructure Plan. Members of the community are encouraged to come and share their thoughts and feedback. The bike plan can be found here.
